The PAC@FEELTA2012 conference will be hosted by the Far Eastern Federal University on its brand-new, purpose-built campus on Russia Island, just off the coast of Vladivostok. Russia Island is accessible from central Vladivostok, and from Vladivostok Airport, by way of a new road network and a series of suspension bridges.
